This is one of our favourite Brazil coffee from the finest growing region in Mantiqueira De Minas. The mixed varietal natural processed Fazenda Pinhal elevated notes of white chocolate, ripe red berries and red apple sweetness on a well rounded and creamy body. 

On a darker roast close to second crack (you may request this!), roasted nuts and milk chocolate gets more distinct. 

This coffee is delicious on espresso, mokapot as well as french press, hand drip or any other pourover method.
